At The Variety Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components received with the product

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Items returned without prior contact

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem by providing a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is defective
